4.2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this period may incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total service cost.

No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
