  • Facial treatments and skin rejuvenation procedures
  • Massage therapy
  • Botulinum toxin treatments
  • Injectable and advanced aesthetic procedures

All treatments are provided at our private clinical studio or approved treatment location.

Certain treatments, particularly injectable procedures, require a prior medical consultation and clinical assessment to determine suitability. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or where insufficient medical information has been provided.

03

Eligibility & Medical Assessment

3.1   Age Requirement

All clients must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Treatments will not be performed on individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances, regardless of parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification to verify age prior to treatment.

3.2   Medical Disclosure

Clients are required to:

  • Complete a full medical consultation form prior to treatment
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical history
  • Disclose all current medications, supplements, and vitamins

  • Disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding status, IVF treatment, autoimmune conditions, or previous adverse reactions to aesthetic treatments
  • Notify us of any changes to their medical history prior to each subsequent appointment

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications may result in increased risk and adverse outcomes. In such cases, Oximis Aesthetic LTD accepts no liability for complications arising from undisclosed information.

3.3   Right to Decline Treatment

Injectable and advanced treatments are subject to practitioner approval following clinical assessment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment at any time if we determine it to be clinically unsuitable for the client.

Refund Policy

Due to the personal and clinical nature of aesthetic treatments, the following refund policy applies:

  • Results cannot be guaranteed and may vary between individuals due to factors including genetics, age, metabolism, and skin condition
  • Refunds are not provided for completed treatments where the service has been delivered as described and with reasonable care and skill
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes alone, where the treatment was performed appropriately, does not entitle the client to a refund
  • Any corrective treatment or touch-up appointment is offered strictly at the practitioner's clinical discretion
  • Concerns regarding a treatment outcome must be raised with us within 5 working days of the appointment
Statutory Rights This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe a service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, you retain the rights afforded to you under UK consumer law.
07

Clinical Risk & Informed Consent

All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. General risks include but are not limited to swelling, bruising, redness, asymmetry, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, and unsatisfactory aesthetic outcome. Procedure-specific risks — including serious risks such as vascular occlusion, skin necrosis, and nerve effects associated with injectable treatments — are detailed in the relevant procedure-specific consent form provided prior to treatment.

By proceeding with any treatment, the client confirms that:

  • They have been provided with and have read all relevant consent documentation
  • They understand the risks, benefits, and alternatives associated with their treatment
  • They have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received satisfactory answers
  • They provide informed consent voluntarily and without coercion
  • They understand that consent may be withdrawn at any time prior to the commencement of treatment

Written informed consent will be obtained prior to all injectable and advanced aesthetic procedures. Consent forms are procedure-specific and must be signed at minimum 24 hours before treatment where possible.

08

Aftercare & Health and Safety

8.1   Aftercare Compliance

Written aftercare instructions will be provided following all treatments. Clients are required to follow all aftercare guidance provided. Failure to comply with aftercare instructions may increase the risk of complications and adverse outcomes. Oximis Aesthetic LTD accepts no liability for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

8.2   Hygiene & Infection Control

We adhere to strict hygiene and infection control protocols in accordance with UK clinical standards. All instruments and equipment are sanitised or sterilised between clients. Our clinical environment is maintained to the standards required for the safe delivery of aesthetic treatments.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Oximis Aesthetic LTD to you in connection with any treatment or service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific treatment.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from treatment, including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss.

Important Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.
