1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Oximis Aesthetic LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or booking any treatment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Oximis Aesthetic LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
2. Nature of Services
Oximis Aesthetic LTD provides aesthetic and wellness treatments, including but not limited to:
Facial treatments
Skin rejuvenation procedures
Massage therapy
Botulinum Toxin treatments
Injectable and advanced aesthetic procedures
Certain treatments, particularly injectable procedures, require a prior medical consultation and clinical assessment to determine suitability.
All treatments are provided at our home-based clinical studio or approved treatment location.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
3. Eligibility & Medical Assessment
Clients must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide valid identification if requested
Complete a full medical consultation form prior to treatment
Provide accurate and complete medical history
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding status, autoimmune disorders, or other contraindications may result in increased risk and releases Oximis Aesthetic LTD from liability related to undisclosed information.
Injectable treatments are subject to practitioner approval following medical assessment.
4. Bookings & Appointments
4.1 Booking Confirmation
Appointments must be booked via our website, phone, or email.
A booking is confirmed only once confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary.
4.2 Deposits
Certain treatments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
4.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 40% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours or failure to attend (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost.
Cancellation fees may be charged to the card on file.
4.4 Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and charged accordingly. Treatment time may be reduced at practitioner discretion.
5. Payments
5.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking will be honoured.
5.2 Payment Methods
Payment may be made at the time of booking or prior to the start of the procedure. We accept credit card, debit card, and cash payments.
Full payment may be required in advance for certain treatments, including injectable procedures.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the medical and aesthetic nature of treatments:
Results cannot be guaranteed and may vary between individuals.
Refunds are not provided for completed treatments.
Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes does not constitute grounds for refund.
Any corrective treatment or touch-up is provided strictly at practitioner discretion.
If concerns arise, clients must notify us within 24 hours of treatment.
7. Clinical Risk & Consent
All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Swelling
Bruising
Asymmetry
Infection
Allergic reaction
Unsatisfactory aesthetic outcome
By proceeding with treatment, the client confirms:
They understand the risks involved.
They have had the opportunity to ask questions.
They provide informed consent voluntarily.
Written consent will be obtained prior to injectable or advanced procedures.
8. Health & Safety
We adhere to strict hygiene and infection control protocols in accordance with UK clinical standards.
All instruments and equipment are sanitised or sterilised between clients.
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may increase risk of complications and releases Oximis Aesthetic LTD from associated liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oximis Aesthetic LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Photography & Marketing
With client consent, clinical photographs may be taken for medical records and treatment monitoring.
Images will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit written consent.
11. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards:
Are non-refundable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be used within their validity period
Will not be replaced if lost or stolen
Promotions and discounts:
Are subject to specific terms
Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
