A complimentary consultation
Face to face, in our private studio in Carshalton. We listen, assess your skin and talk through your options, suitability and aftercare. There is no obligation to go ahead.

Your personal plan
If a prescription treatment is appropriate, you will be assessed in person by a prescriber before anything is agreed. Your fee is confirmed at this stage - never before - and nothing is paid until you are ready.

Treatment and follow-up
Your treatment is carried out with medical-grade products and sterile technique, followed by a review to see how your skin has settled.

Is the consultation really complimentary?
Yes. It is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation. You are welcome to take time to think before deciding anything.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Sometimes, where it is appropriate. If a treatment needs a prescriber's assessment, or you would simply like time to consider, we will book it for another day.
How much will it cost?
Fees depend on the plan we agree and are always confirmed at your consultation, before anything is booked. Prices for our skin treatments are listed on the Skin Treatments page.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe only mild, brief discomfort. Numbing cream can be used where appropriate.
