About Oximis Aesthetic
Oximis Aesthetic is a nurse-led aesthetic clinic providing facial and skin treatments, skin boosters, mesotherapy, microneedling and massage, as well as some treatments that involve prescription-only medicines. Treatments are carried out at our private clinical studio by Lana Kornijcuka, Registered Nurse.
Every client has a consultation and medical assessment before treatment. Where a treatment involves a prescription-only medicine, an independent prescriber, who is a separate registered healthcare professional, assesses you in person and decides whether to prescribe.
What to expect
Here is what happens at each stage:
-
01
Intake formBefore your appointment you complete a medical history form. Please answer every question fully and honestly, as this is essential for your safety.
-
02
ConsultationYour practitioner reviews your medical history, talks through your goals, and explains the options, risks and costs. This is your time to ask questions.
-
03
Prescriber assessmentOnly where a prescription-only medicine is involved: the independent prescriber assesses you face to face before any prescription is issued.
-
04
Written consentYou receive a consent form specific to your treatment, where possible at least 24 hours before, covering the treatment, risks, alternatives and aftercare. You sign it on the day, before treatment.
-
05
TreatmentTreatment only begins once you have given your consent. You can ask us to stop at any time, including during treatment.
-
06
AftercareYou receive written aftercare instructions after every treatment. Following them is an important part of your safety and your results.
